Before expanding the idea into having Shan Yu from Mulan, it was just Captain Hook (as James from The Pirate Fairy), Doctor Facilier from The Princess and the Frog, and Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.
So here's the version prior to adding the final villain. Enjoy.
